C - Bead Encrusted Cabochons/Buttons - 3 Lessons by Kathy Shaw
Price: $25.00
|
This class covers the creation of three beaded cabochons (buttons with metal shanks can be substituted in place of cabochons for this course). A cabochon is a stone that has a flat back. Today, cabochons often are manufactured of resin, acrylic, or glass…and might include a raised cameo or artistic scene etched into the faux stone. Some cabochons are smooth with a faux artwork decal adhered to the front. Large flat backed beads can also be beaded as cabochons. First lesson will be posted to the Yahoo Class group on Thursday, March 15, 2012.
